I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel is tucked away on the other side of the I-185, with big windows allowing gorgeous views of lush green trees from the rooms. The housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything clean and fresh every day. The location is a real gem, surrounded by plenty of shopping places and restaurants, making it a convenient spot in Columbus.

The service was top-notch! The staff made sure everything was replenished frequently and went above and beyond to assist me with sending a fax and providing driving directions. I felt truly taken care of during my stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but the smell of smoke made it almost uninhabitable. The service was amazing, with everyone being super nice and professional, but the dining options were just okay. The location was convenient for my needs, but being constantly asked if everything was okay got a bit overwhelming at times.
